Our story begins about fifty years ago, when Nonno Luigi leaves Australia and returns to Italy to pursue his dream , learning how to make a good Italian Gelato.

Since then, his passion for tastes, colors and traditions of his land have been handed down from generations

Scoop Gelateria Artigianale continues to produce true Italian Gelato by combining the flavors, tastes and colors, using exclusively selected Italian and Australian quality products. We always continuing research of new materials and with careful observation to the quality of the artisan product 

We operate strong technological machinery for production, thanks to experience acquired in the years of design and sales from Italian research and assistance from Italian Refrigeration Team
